  • BMT Joins WOC – 1 April 2019

    BMT is building on its commitment to responsible maritime services by joining the World Ocean Council (WOC), the international business leadership alliance for “Corporate Ocean Responsibility”.

    BMT Business Development Director (Environment) Greg Fisk stated, “BMT is pleased to become a Member of the World Ocean Council. With the growing number of challenges facing the ocean and the ocean business community, the WOC provides a unique global, cross-sectoral platform for engaging a diverse range of leadership companies seeking to collaborate on ocean sustainable development action.”

    BMT provides high-quality, high-value products and services to industries as diverse as oil and gas, defence, renewable energy, ports, risk management and maritime transport, with over 1,500 professionals in 66 offices in the Americas, Asia, Australia and Europe.

    WOC Founding President and CEO Paul Holthus added, “The WOC is excited to have BMT come on board with the wide scope of experience and expertise it brings to assisting companies operate in the most cost-effective, safe, reliable and environmentally responsible manner possible. BMT brings this important capability to the growing WOC coalition of companies committed to ocean sustainable development, stewardship and science.”
