She’s an author, speaker, guest lecturer at business schools, leadership ICF-Certified PCC Coach, and director of SEAREG Foundation, regenerating marine biodiversity & nature-based solutions at a large scale.
Carole Viaene was born in Belgium, speaks 4 languages fluently (Dutch, French, English & Spanish) and is currently based in Barcelona, where she worked at IESE Business School & Esade Business School, collaborating with Fortune 500 companies, and coaching future leaders.
In 2021, she published her first book about impact careers, a healthy, meaningful, regenerative workplace, and redesigning your career/life based on SDGs. She also has experience in an agile strategy execution consulting firm, collaborating on big corporate cultural transformations and agile operating systems.
