Tina is the Chief Operating Officer for World Ocean Council Global. Before joining WOC Secretariat, she facilitated WOC’s outreach in Chinese Speaking Regions and was one of the first WOC Associates. She was the Vice President of Elane Inc. a Chinese listed shipping data & solution provider, in charge of Big Data Product. Prior to Elane, Tina worked in Drewry Shipping Consultant in London, Singapore and Shanghai. She established and managed Drewry operations in China.
Tina is the managing committee member of Young Professionals in Shipping PRC, a non-profit organisation to bring young talent in the shipping community together and become the next generation leaders.
She has received the founding awards for Professional achievement of British Alumni from British Council.
Tina holds a Ph.D. degree from University College London in Transportation Studies, and her Bachelor Degrees from Beijing University of Technology in Transportation Engineering. She also had further continuous education in London Business School and École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne.
